If you're in any number of the religious comms I'm a member of you've probably read at least one of my lists; in this case the two biggies that get slews of comments still are "Thoughts on Jesus" & "Thoughts on God". I've got a thing about lists and I'm usually working on a dozen or so at any given time. Average time for a completed liust, like to have at least 10 or 15 things before I view it as finished, is about 3 months to a year.

Sometimes I don't like to wait.

The following are from 3 lists: "Thoughts", "Welcome to Earth", & "Thoughts on Religion". The first is just a thing I do when something particularly interesting flits across my conciousness, the middle is a kind of instruction manual for aliens that happen across the planet, and the last is an overall ramble on different aspects of a slew of religions. The 2nd & 3rd will probably not be completed anytime soon and the 1st I usually just post one random every so often; using the tag thoughts on my journal will bring up every single one posted thus far.

Just wanted to share these now:
  • The tragedy of the human condition is that stupidity comes in many flavors.

  • Many believe there is a path to God/enlightenment/salvation but unfortunately they all have different maps.

  • It's kinda touching how people can believe in fanciful things with no actual proof, while at the same time slam other people for doing the exact same thing because their belief systems do not match.

For some reason this morning, on the way into work, they really seemed to connect in my head.
